Our commitments
Our service commitments follow COCOON’s conditions adapted for ZOZZA: thirty days to notify a change of mind for the EU destinations we serve; the three-year commercial manufacturing-defect guarantee where sold with the furniture; clear information and customer support before and after purchase. These benefits are subject to the conditions set out in our terms and do not limit statutory rights.
Lowest-price guarantee
Within thirty days after buying on zozza.fr, you may claim the difference if a French website offers the same strictly identical new product, with identical availability, at a lower public VAT-inclusive price. Exceptional discounts, promotional codes, gifts, sales, clearance, auctions, private sales and delivery outside mainland France are excluded. Send your invoice and evidence of the competing offer for verification; we then agree the refund arrangements.
Wood care
Use a soft cloth and a finish-appropriate product. Avoid abrasive cleaners, standing water, strong heat and direct prolonged sunlight. Test any maintenance product on a concealed area and follow the product-specific instructions. Wood reacts to humidity; allow normal ventilation and avoid abrupt environmental changes.
