Privacy policy
COCOON is the data controller for ZOZZA. Contact contact@zozza.fr or write to our registered office to ask about personal data or exercise your rights.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use contact details, account and order information, customer-service correspondence and necessary technical data to respond to requests, manage accounts, fulfil and deliver orders, process payments, provide after-sales service, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations and maintain security. Required fields are identified when collected. Depending on purpose, processing is based on the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required. Newsletters are voluntary and include an unsubscribe link.
Recipients, storage and transfers
Authorised staff and service providers for hosting, payment, delivery, support and accounting receive only data needed for their tasks. We do not sell or rent personal data. Hosting is provided by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Any transfer outside the EEA must use a recognised legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
Data is kept for its necessary purpose, then restricted where legal retention or claims require it. Accounting records and invoices are kept for ten years; prospecting data for up to three years after the last active contact unless you withdraw consent or object. Account, order and complaint retention depends on the contractual relationship, guarantees and applicable limitation periods.
Your rights
Under applicable rules, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Proportionate identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
